Company “A” has used our Relocation® TRIP Kit for 12 employee transfers, each requiring different services. The company pays the $995 cost of the Relocation TRIP® Kit and reimburses transferees for most of their expenses. The following menu of coordinated services are tailored to address each employee s specific needs.

Company “B” has a formal relocation policy in place,which is administered by BHIF Relocation Group. The services provided are as follows:
- Home marketing assistance
- Home purchase assistance (within policy guidelines, appraisal ordering and review, inspection ordering and review, calculation of company Guaranteed Price, title ordering and review)
- Home sale (real estate agent selection, management of sale process to keep expenses as low as possible, management of closing)
- Home finding assistance
- Equity calculation (and supporting documents, i.e., Promissory Note)
- Equity advances
- Calculation of duplicate house payments per the policy
- Calculation of reimbursements due the employee as defined by the policy
- Policy consultation
Company “C” has an informal relocation policy in place, which we also administer. Services provided are unique to each employee, depending on his or her specific needs. The range of services provided include:
- Home marketing assistance
- Home purchase assistance for an amended value sale as defined by the Employee Relocation Council (appraisal ordering and review, or broker price opinions, title ordering and review)
- Home sale (real estate agent selection, management of sale process to keep expenses as low as possible, management of closing)
- Home finding assistance
- Equity calculation
- Equity advances
- Policy consultation
- Final expense reconciliation
Company “D” uses the Relocation TRIP® Kit for employees who are not eligible for their full relocation plan and receive a "lump sum" amount to move. The list of services provided are the same as Company “A”, depending on the specific needs of the employee. This company provides the $995 Relocation TRIP® Kit as a benefit to their employees.
Company “E” is a large national association with more than 300 field offices and a third-party outsource contract in place to manage senior executive relocations. The $995 Relocation TRIP® Kit has been made available to a special group of 2500 within the association, 1500 of whom typically relocate to a different field office every 3 years. Access to Relocation TRIP® Kit information has been made available via customized webpages integrated into the HR section of the association’s Intranet site.
Company “F” is a telecommunications company whereby BHIF Relocation Group administers the company s direct reimbursement policy. There are four different Levels of relocation assistance in their program. Each Level has a maximum relocation benefit, not to exceed a predetermined dollar amount, which depends upon the Level being administrated. In addition to the list of services provide for in the Relocation TRIP® Kit (see Company “A”), the additional services provided are as follows:
- Policy Administration
- Review and reimbursement of all relocation expenses, such as,
- Interim Living, as provided for and based on the policy level
- House Hunting Trip, based on the policy level
- Returns Trips to origination city, based upon policy parameters for airfare, car rental, lodging, and meals
- Lease Cancellation, per the policy requirements (when applicable)
- Household Goods Shipment
- Miscellaneous Moving Expense Allowance, based on the policy level
- Home Sale, based on the policy level
- Home Purchase, based on the policy level
- Final Move Trip, based upon policy parameters for airfare, car rental, lodging, and meals
- Expense management for each employee and the company
- Expense tracking
- Tax gross-up calculation, the company offsets the portion of tax liability incurred as a result of the relocation
- Final expense reconciliation
