Updating for the four years to 2006 should start with the 2002 base and allow for average yearly inflation. It can be expected that another report reflecting significant update changes on an independent and consolidated basis will be available within 6-8 years.
Company “A” has used our Relocation® TRIP Kit for 12 employee transfers, each requiring different services. The company pays the $995 cost of the Relocation TRIP® Kit and reimburses transferees for most of their expenses. The following menu of coordinated services are tailored to address each employee s specific needs.

The $995 Relocation TRIP® Kit has been made available to a special group of 2500 within the association, 1500 of whom typically relocate to a different field office every 3 years. Access to Relocation TRIP® Kit information has been made available via customized webpages integrated into the HR section of the association’s Intranet site.
Company “F” is a telecommunications company whereby BHIF Relocation Group administers the company s direct reimbursement policy. There are four different Levels of relocation assistance in their program. You will be asked to sign a Services Disclosure and Referral Agreement, which establishes your eligibility to receive and our service partner’s ability to provide service use credits and real estate commission rebates. There are no other BHIF Relocation Group contracts to be signed or hidden fees beyond the $995 cost of the Relocation TRIP® Kit. Any contracts required by service providers, such as movers, brokers, lawyers and appraisers, to commence work on your behalf, as well as their fees for services provided will be your responsibility.
Am I limited to using the service providers recommended by BHIF Relocation Group?
No. While our job is to recommend qualified, professional and cost-effective service providers with proven track records, you will select which service providers are actually used. We prefer using our existing network of cooperating service partners where the coordination of service delivery may be more reliable and we know who to call if anything goes wrong during a relocation. However, the ultimate decision as to how your moving dollars are spent is up to you.
Why can’t I use the Internet to find service providers and coordinate my own relocation?
You can. However, many people find the multitude of options and decisions add to the stress and confusion often associated with relocating. Our Personal Relocation Counselors do this every day and have the experience and resources necessary to help you select appropriate service providers and quickly resolve unexpected challenges. Chances are you don t have the time to research service providers, interview them, negotiate favorable fee schedules and track their performance. This easy-to-use, yet sophisticated extended relational database system is available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to assist you and your Personal Relocation Counselor through a well coordinated move, with as little stress as possible.
What are the service hours of the Personal Relocation Counselor?
A Personal Relocation Counselor is available via email or by telephone at 888-339-3130 during regular business hours. Transferees in the middle of a move will usually be able to contact their Personal Relocation Counselor during extended hours as well as on weekends if necessary. Access to your Relocation TRIP® Kit file is available via the Internet 24/7.
What geographic areas do you service through the Relocation TRIP® Kit?
Full relocation services are available to and from any city or town within the United States. International relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis for a custom fee.
Can the Relocation TRIP® Kit be used by someone without access to the Internet?
Absolutely. Perhaps you have decided to relocate to a different climate and would appreciate the convenience and support of a Personal Relocation Counselor, but don t want to use the Internet and/or email. No problem. Clients are welcome to communicate with us via just email or the telephone and our Personal Relocation Counselors will be happy to input and track all the move related activities as well as remind you what needs to be done next.

Individuals relocating on their own or employees receiving partial, lump sum or no benefits from their employer appreciate the personal service provided with the Relocation TRIP® Kit. To subscribe to the File Activity Tracking Format System and/or the Relocation TRIP Kit, you are required to submit your name, mailing address, e-mail, and home phone number. We recognize we are asking you to provide a lot of additional personal information, but the collected data is comparable to what is required by paper-based full service relocation service companies and is necessary in order to provide the highest level of service possible.
We automatically log your IP address when you visit our Web site. The information logged allows us to track a user throughout their visit to our Web site. We do not use this information to capture demographic or other information; rather, it is used simply in the administration of the Web site.
The nature of our program requires that we obtain information from our strategic partners regarding services they provide to you. Such information, including the date and time of each transaction and all other pertinent details is maintained in your File Activity Tracking Format System data record, which is only accessible by authorized parties with a secure pass code.
Password access to your personal data file can be assigned by you and kept confidential. You have the right to provide a password to anyone you select, however BHIF Relocation Group will have no control over that recipient’s access to your file. Rather than sharing your password with others, BHIF Relocation Group recommends assigning a separate password, which can later be terminated at the subscriber s request. You may request a replacement password at any time during your subscription period.
Your password is private. We have no record of your password or ability to retrieve it, and a replacement will need to be assigned in the event it is forgotten. Personal Relocation Counselors and third party providers have their own individual passwords, which can be deactivated when file access is no longer required. "Password" is defined as the combination of "username (also called user ID)" and "password".
Demographic data on our entire subscriber database may be provided in aggregate to our strategic partners without personal identifications such as names and contact information.
Access to your data within our organization is restricted to those employees, such as Personal Relocation Counselors, who need access in order to serve you. In addition, limited access is given to third party vendors who provide financial and administrative services to BHIF Relocation Group. These vendors are restricted from using this data in any way other than to provide services to BHIF Relocation Group and its clients, and may not use or resell the data for any other purpose. Any information you give directly to a strategic partern or third party supplier is subject to that supplier’s privacy policy, not ours.
You will not be able to log on to our Web site without enabling your browser to accept cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from our Web server. BHIF Relocation Group uses cookies when you log on to your account with your User ID and Password. These cookies allow us to remember who you are as you visit pages in our site and negate the need for you to reenter your information. Once you terminate your session, only your BHIF Relocation Group User ID will remain in the cookies on your hard drive.
