You, as the Network Member, place the logo on your own existing Web Site without changing your site’s design. You decide where on your home page to have the logo placed. The text box immediately beneath or next to the logo (see samples below) can contain any wording you specify. We have supplied default text in the two examples. Once registered, the implementation process is quite simple and consists of BHIF supplying you the HTML code to add the logo to your current site mark up.

BHIF tracks the lead while at the same time you immediately receive by email the lead’s contact information for your own protection of real estate buyer or sellers leads, their use and followup. With this fail-safe tracking, you, as the REALTOR®, will obtain qualified leads plus derive success marketing fee participation for any non-real estate business activity, such as transportation, and temporary housing. BHIF and you will agree in writing on the fee sharing.
